Did Michael Jackson have a fourth son? It is not yet confirmed, but after the King of Pop’s memorial service July 7th, where long time  of Jackson’s Omer Bhatti was seated in the front row alongside Jackson’s family memebers.  While even though  it has not yet been proved whether or not Bhatti is indeed Jackson’s fourth child, MJ’s brother Jermaine has stated that if it turns out that he is his younger brother’s fourth son, he will be welcomed into the Jackson family.

There are definitley physical similarities between speculated fourth son and Jackson, but until the DNA test that Bhatti is taking part in is concluded, a rumor is exactly how the story will remain.
